Method validation of quantitative FTIR as rapid and green analytical technique for dyes

Analysis and detection of dyes, whether in solutions or on substrates, are the requirements textile coloration fields related to dyeing, printing, coating, addition non-destructive testing. This research aimed study most effective chemical groups dispersed dye red (C.I. 11338) structure. Different concentrations were prepared gravimetrically by calibrated traceable weighing volumetric tools. An accurate fixed volume 25 micrograms studied solubilized was added quantitatively KBr disk as a fast technique FTIR instead using liquid sample compartment. Linearity concentration with peak intensity used validate spectrophotometer quantitative analysis method.
